NFTY-NE Spring Conclavette

Join 8th-12th graders from across New England for 3 great days of incredible programs, worship services, singing, dancing and lots of fun- all planned by our friends from PROVTY at Temple Beth-El in Providence! We are excited to welcome 8th graders to their first regional event, where all new participants will be paired with a Kesher mentor. The weekend will conclude with our regional board elections.

This event is open to any Jewish teen in grades 8 to 12.

  • Meals included in the cost of the event.
  • Registration will be accepted after March 13, 2019 on a space-available basis.
  • Teens are expected to participate in the entire event. Fees are set at a full package rate and unfortunately we cannot prorate registration.
  • All fees are in US Dollars
Buses will be offered from stops in Albany, Western, Central, and Eastern Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Buses are subject to availability, registration, and other factors. Teens may be driven to the event by someone 21 or older, but may not drive themselves.

Participants will receive an email confirmation letter one week before the event. The confirmation letter will include finalized bus arrival and departure information, a list of items to bring and other important information regarding the event.
If you need to cancel, the registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:Please leave valuables at home. Do not bring jewelry, electronic devices or large amounts of cash. Each participant is responsible for his/her belongings.

Through March 7, 2019 – 90% of the registration fees paid

Through March 14, 2019 – 75% of the registration fees paid

Through March 21, 2019 – 50% of the registration fees paid

After March 21, 2019 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel after March 21, 2019 you will be refunded 75% of the registration fees you paid. Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed.
