NFTY-NE Spring Conclavette/Regional Board Meeting III

Join 8th-12th graders from across New England for 3 great days of incredible programs, worship services, singing, dancing and lots of fun- all planned by your friends from TASTY! The weekend concludes with Asefah (Regional Board Meeting) and Regional Board elections. Spring Conclavette is NFTY-NE's biggest event of the year.

All participants will be housed by local hosts.

The event beings at 5:30 pm on Friday, April 1. Pick-up is at 1:00 pm on Sunday, April 3 after Asefah and elections. More details will be emailed to participants the week before the event.

This event is open to any Jewish teen in grades 8 to 12.

  • Meals and transportation on NFTY buses are included in the cost of the event.
  • Teens are expected to participate in the entire event. Fees are set at a full package rate and unfortunately we cannot prorate registration.

Buses will be provided from stops in upstate New York, Western Massachusetts, Connecticut, and north of Boston. Please register for the bus when you register for the event; seats on the buses can not be guaranteed once registration has closed. Teens arriving and departing by car must be driven by an adult who is at least 21 years old. There is no additional cost for the bus to Conclavette.

If you need to cancel, the registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:

Through March 10, 2016 – 90% of the registration fees paidThrough March 17, 2016 – 75% of the registration fees paidThrough March 24, 2016 – 50% of the registration fees paidAfter March 24, 2016 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel after March 24, 2016 you will be refunded 75% of the registration fees you paid.

All cancellation must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by email to We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed.
